No. Once a ticket is issued, the name cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Domestic flights require government ID. International travel requires a passport valid for 6 months from travel date and a valid visa. Please confirm visa requirements before booking.
If you are not a citizen of that country, you must have a return or onward ticket.
You must cancel or change at least 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, the ticket will be void.
Luggage allowance is usually shown on your E-ticket. If not, please call 08 7099 2292.
If refundable, refunds may take up to 8 weeks after cancellation to process.
Tickets are generally issued within 4–6 hours. For urgent cases, we issue them immediately. Once ready, they are emailed to your provided address.
